Please note - your booking WILL NOT BE FINALIZED until you send the signed contract.

Follow the below steps to make a reservation with us.

Enter your check in/out dates in the Booking Widget and click the "Search" button.

Review for availability and click "Show Rates" button. Then click "Select" to confirm your stay.

Once your room is added to the right pane, click "Continue" to finalize your booking.

PAYMENT

First Payment of 50% Due Upon Booking
Final Payment Due: 60 Days before reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy IS FIRM. You will receive a 100% refund if cancellation is made 60 days before check- in. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. There is no refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you’re thinking of buying travel insurance, consider buying “cancel for any reason” (CFAR) coverage policies. Late arrivals or early departures for any reason, do not warrant any refund of rent.
